Why does Gen Z hate Burger Music so much?
“Burger Music” is the second coming of “Coworker Music”, though due to it’s relevancy, this article is written in regards to Burger Music.
To deter you from insanity, I’ve abbreviated Burger Music to “BM”.
In simple terms; BM is not genre nor sub-genre. Instead, it is a broad category of music which lacks substance/appeal to the youth of today.
To be brutally honest, I personally wouldn’t put BM on the pedestal of music/art. It does not elevate the soul toward the divine. I’d go as far as saying BM is noise pollution—doing more harm than good.
That will come off caustic to most, but considering the current decline of Western civilization and the meaning crisis Gen Z is facing, I find BM to be an outright dismissal of the great upheaval we are rapidly approaching.
The majority BM inherently falls under totalitarian optimism—pure ignorance. To “hoot & hollar” about nonsense is utterly appalling in correlation to the collective challenge we, the youth, experience today.
I’m a strong believer in the positive impact art can have on the masses during hard times, and to be quite frank I am optimistic about the future, though, we need ART, not entertainment.
